Structural Analysis
All our structures are individually modeled and calculated in compliance with the 2018 Technical Standards for Construction and its Explanatory Circular, with reference to both Ultimate Limit States and Serviceability Limit States. The considered actions include permanent loads, non-structural permanent loads, system-derived loads, and environmental actions such as wind and seismic forces.
The structure is verified for all load combinations required by regulations, using three-dimensional FEM modeling through certified software. Bolted and welded connections are designed in accordance with NTC 2018. Safety is guaranteed with respect to the resistance of members and metal joints, explicitly stating the actions transmitted to the existing served structure and foundations according to design constraints.
The structure is also analyzed in compliance with UNI EN 81-20 and UNI EN 81-50 standards for elevator systems and UNI EN 81-41 standards for lifting platforms, including the deformation aspects of car guides.
Along with the calculations, all necessary documents for structural filing are provided, including the calculation report, graphic drawings, maintenance plan, materials report, etc., all signed by a qualified engineer.
